WHO/WHAT:             

Attorney General Karl A. Racine will present awards to 23 District of Columbia youth who were nominated by the Metropolitan Police Department, Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, Child and Family Services Agency and the District of Columbia National Guard for self- improvement efforts and serving as role models to other youth and young adults.  The Attorney General will be joined by Mayor Bowser and other elected officials and agency representatives.
