(MFA) to Foggy Bottom Physician Group, Inc. (FBPG) d/b/a Capital Medical Group, a nonprofit subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), and the employment of a significant number of MFA physicians, advanced practice professionals and staff by FBPG. Public comment is encouraged.

PUBLIC HEARING on The George Washington University; Medical Faculty Associates, Inc.; Universal Health Services, Inc.; and Foggy Bottom Physician Group, Inc. d/b/a Capital Medical Group Proposed Healthcare Transaction.
WHAT: The Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia (OAG) is reviewing the proposed transfer of certain assets currently owned by Medical Faculty Associates, Inc., a District nonprofit medical provider group, to Capital Medical Group, a District nonprofit medical provider group owned by Universal Health Services, Inc., a publicly traded for-profit entity, and the employment of a significant number of MFA physicians, advanced practice professionals and staff by FBPG consistent with the Healthcare Entity Conversion Act, D.C. Code § 44-601 et seq. Public comment is encouraged.
