The Antitrust and Nonprofit Enforcement Section enforces District and federal antitrust law. The Section investigates and litigates matters involving harm to local businesses and competition in DC, including as part of regional and national multistate groups. These cases include challenges to illegal price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolistic practices, restrictions on employment, and mergers that may harm competition.
