Consumer and Tenant Response Hotline
OAG's Consumer and Tenant Response (CTR) is a free and voluntary process that helps resolve consumer and tenant complaints outside of court. CTR can help if:
- The tenant is a DC resident, or
- The tenant was a DC resident at the time the issue occurred.
- The consumer is a DC resident, or
- The business is located or headquartered in DC.
It only takes 5 minutes to submit your complaint online - be prepared to provide:
- Your contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address).
- A description of the issue and the requested resolution.
- The name of the business or landlord the complaint is about.
