WASHINGTON, DC – Attorney General Brian L. Schwalb today sent a letter to U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and U.S. House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) in response to their October 30, 2023 letter seeking confirmation of, and documents related to, a “reported effort to investigate Leonard Leo and certain nonprofit organizations with which he is affiliated.”
