WASHINGTON, D.C. – Attorney General Karl A. Racine announced today that Loren L. AliKhan, who formerly served as Deputy Solicitor General for Civil and Administrative Appeals and Acting Solicitor General, has been appointed as the Solicitor General for the District of Columbia. As Solicitor General, Ms. AliKhan will lead all appellate litigation for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), including cases before the D.C. Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
