Business Opportunities with OAG

From time to time, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) requires the assistance of outside counsel.  On this page you will find opportunities to submit proposals to work with the Office, as well as how to submit those proposals.

All entities that seek to do business with the District of Columbia must be (1) registered with the Office of Tax and Revenue and (2) registered on the District’s procurement network (Ariba). If your firm is not currently registered with both the Office of Tax and Revenue and Ariba and you wish to be considered for one of OAG’s procurement opportunities, please follow the steps below.

Registration with the Office of Tax and Revenue

Please complete Form FR-500 and submit to the Office of Tax and Revenue as provided in the instructions on the form.

Registration on Ariba

To register on the Ariba network, please go to supplier.ariba.com. After you have completed the Ariba form, you are required to print the document before exiting the webpage. The printed form will generate your ANID number. All categories on the form must be completed in order to enter your company as a vendor in SOAR (the District’s payment system). The printed Ariba form along with a signed W-9 should be emailed to [email protected]
